We start with our 12-hour, slow simmered chicken stock and combine fresh Cannellini beans, spicy crumbled Italian sausage, sliced Andouille sausage, carrots, celery, chopped fresh kale and Italian spices giving you the perfect hearty bowl of flavors and textures. Add a sprinkle of freshly grated Parmesan cheese and you’ll feel transported to a Tuscan villa.
