Where is Gift of Soup made?

We are located in Scottsdale, Arizona.

Where do you ship?

Gift of Soup ships to all states in the lower 48. Unfortunately, we do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, or Puerto Rico.

When will my order be shipped?

All orders are shipped via 2nd Day Delivery service.

Deliveries are Wednesdays-Fridays. Select your preferred delivery date from your Cart prior to checkout. Holidays do impact our delivery schedules and black-out dates will be reflected in the Delivery Date calendar in your Cart.

Can I track my shipment?

You will receive a UPS tracking number once your order is shipped. We highly recommend you notify your Gift of Soup recipient of arrival date so they can be on the lookout for delivery. You will also receive an email when your gift is delivered.

We highly encourage you to provide your recipient’s email address when ordering. Your recipient will then receive a shipping and delivery email so they know a perishable gift is on its way.

Can I ship to a PO Box?

Unfortunately, we do not ship to PO Boxes.

Can I ship to a business address?

Yes.

What time will my Gift of Soup arrive?

Delivery times vary from city-to-city and location-to-location based on seasonality and driver routing. Under most circumstances, deliveries will arrive prior to 8:00 PM.

How does my Gift of Soup stay cold during transit?

All soups are made fresh, then frozen and shipped to your door. Our insulated packaging and cold packs keep your soup semi-frozen or below 45 degrees for two days. Depending on weather conditions, it is common for your soup to thaw slightly during transit but will arrive chilled. Soup is best enjoyed within three days of arrival. Soups can be re-frozen upon arrival and if doing so, soup is best enjoyed within 90 days of arrival.

Does Gift of Soup offer refunds or accept returns?

Returns & Refunds: Given the perishable nature of our products, Gift of Soup does not accept returns. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis and if approved, are offered by way of credit toward a future product.

Damages and Issues: We strive to provide you with exceptional customer service. We take great care to make sure your soup is shipped on the correct day, with the correct selections and arrives undamaged.

Should you encounter any of these issues, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery at info@giftofsoup.com.  Please include your order number, address to which the package was delivered and photographs of the product and/or its packaging.

If your package arrives after the committed delivery time but your soup remains cold to the touch, they should be safe to eat. You can refreeze them for longer storage or refrigerate for immediate consumption.

Please note we are not liable for orders that were delivered on time but were not retrieved in a timely manner.

Is my soup container microwave safe?

Yes. Containers are microwave safe. Remove the lid prior to heating. Heat in 45 second increments, stirring and rotating the container each time. It is recommended to thoroughly thaw your soup prior to microwaving. USDA recommends heating soup to a minimum of 165 degrees Fahrenheit.

Are soups fully cooked?

Yes, all soups are fully cooked. The USDA recommends soups to be reheated to a minimum of 165 degrees Fahrenheit. 

How is my personal information protected?

Gift of Soup uses SSL encryption for all purchases. We never sell or trade your personal information, and we can promise you won’t be bombarded with marketing emails from us. Occasionally we will send you a thoughtful reminder about new offerings or holiday specials, but you can unsubscribe anytime.
