Soups are fully cooked and will arrive chilled or semi-frozen. Soups are best enjoyed within 3 days of arrival. If you would like to save your soup for a later date, we recommend freezing your containers immediately upon arrival.

Stove top: Thaw soup in refrigerator. Pour desired amount into a small pot. Slowly heat soup to a simmer then hold at a simmer for three minutes. USDA recommends heating soup to a minimum of 165 degrees Fahrenheit.

Microwave: Containers are microwave safe. Remove the lid prior to heating. Heat in 45 second increments, stirring and rotating the container each time. It is recommended to thoroughly thaw your soup prior to microwaving. USDA recommends heating soup to a minimum of 165 degrees Fahrenheit.
