Split Pea

Our split peas are slowly simmered in our 12-hour chicken stock together with special spices, ham hocks and smoked ham bones. In the end, the soup is layered with chunks of ham, carrots and celery for combination that delights the pallet. Inspired by Pea Soup Anderson’s in Buellton, California, this soup delivers a hearty bowl of goodness.
